First Rover Ball to hit Malaysia. Organised by the Q Rovers of PJ. All scouts, guides and friends are invited to attend this:
'Night of Mayhem - Rovering in the 21st Century'
Date: 8th August 2009
Time: 7pm
Venue: PJ Club, No. 7 Lrg Sultan, 46200 PJ, Selangor. (opposite Tmn Jaya LRT Putra & Amcorp Mall)
Dress code: It's a ball. Wear what you want!
Price: RM15
Promotional price: RM130 for one table (10 pax per table)
Notes: Form 5 Rovers can attend.
This small fee of RM15 covers a sumptuous buffet dinner, performances, talents, scout & guide songs, drinks as well as a door gift.

Dear respected scouts,
Please note that the rover ball participation is limited to only 200 people. So far we have already 12 tables covered (120 pax) and left with 6 tables (60 pax). It would be adviseable for you and your friends to not crash in the party and notify the organisers (012 232 7755) of your attendance and the numbers involved along with payment. We would like to avoid over-crowdedness of the ball. Your cooperation is very much sought.
